ON
WEIGHT TRAINING:
My
philosophy on weight training is keeping a balance in life,
meaning don't be obsessed with the fact about becoming a body
builder.
Weight
training gives me the balance in life that I need. It gives
me a great outlook on life and keeps me motivated and hungry
to make a difference in the world. I love to train, I use training
as my drug if I may say, because I have never smoked or tasted
a drink.
Weight
training helps me stay focused on my goals in life. I feel that
wieght training should be a very important part of one's life
for a long and healthy living mentally and physically.
Right
things right the first time, meaning knowing HOW to train because
it will save you from getting injured. You need to know how
to use the gym properly. When I get to the gym I take 10 min.
to get focused on the body part that I am training. Right before
I get started I get in the zone that I am the best, that I love
myself.
When
I feel the burn I run to the burn, meaning when I feel the pain
I push harder, I do a minimum of 5 more reps because when I
feel the pain I know that's when I am making the most gains.
That is why I love the pain. To me pain is weakness leaving
the body and that means every time I push through the pain I
am getting bigger and stronger. I f I feel any other pain than
muscle fatigue pain I will stop immediately and call it a day.
My goal is the most results without injury.
Most
of all - when I complete my workout I know I will feel great.
Weight
training is not just about muscles to me, it is about being
the best person that I could possibly be as well as making a
difference in other people's lives, meaning that if you stay
persistent with your goals and dreams all of them will come
true.
That
is the reason I will get my ProCard, because I will never give
up!
I
found my passion and I followed my heart so never give up on
what you truly believe in whatever it is- cause I will not.
Never quit, never be a quitter, you may not be able to do it
today, you may not be able to lift 500 pounds today but one
day you will, always keep striving towards your goals.
